Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called “tapping,” is a gentle, evidence-informed approach that helps calm the nervous system and release stored stress from the body.
It combines elements of modern psychology with acupressure, using light tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations. This process helps regulate the body’s stress response, allowing emotional blocks to soften and the body to return to a more balanced state without judgment, fixing, or pushing emotions away. Rather than seeing emotions as something to fear or “get over,” EFT invites acceptance, curiosity, and compassion for every part of your experience.
Since stress and unresolved emotions can directly impact digestion, hormones, skin, and overall health, EFT is a valuable complement to functional nutrition and esthetics treatments. It allows us to go beyond symptoms and work with the deeper patterns that may be keeping the body stuck.
As a Certified Clinical EFT practitioner, I use this approach to help clients feel more grounded, supported, and empowered in their healing journey, creating space for both emotional and physical transformation.

EFT has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional blocks for many people. By tapping on specific energy points while focusing on a concern, it helps the mind and body release tension and shift limiting beliefs. Results vary: some notice immediate relief, while others benefit gradually with regular practice. EFT is safe, non-invasive, and can complement other therapies for emotional and physical well-being.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) was developed in the 1990s by Gary Craig, a Stanford-trained engineer and personal performance coach. Craig built on earlier work in Thought Field Therapy, combining principles from acupuncture, psychology, and energy medicine. By tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional or physical issues, EFT was designed to help release stress and restore emotional balance. Since its creation, EFT has grown worldwide and is used by therapists, coaches, and individuals for emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

In an EFT session, you’ll focus on a specific issue while gently tapping on key energy points. Many people feel relief from stress, emotional blocks, or tension during or after the session. You’ll also learn simple techniques to continue at home.
“Jamie is wildly good at what she does. She is wise and intuitive and is able to guide you with such precision and grace through the tender and stuck places in your heart and life. It is difficult to find a practitioner you feel trust and connection with so quickly but that is exactly what she creates in her sessions.
If you are ready to experience movement and healing in any area of your life, and are willing to allow yourself to be gently guided, tapping with Jamie is a beautiful way to bring freedom and relief to both your mind and body.
